Located in the picturesque village of St Fagan’s, just 4 miles from the centre of Cardiff, The Old Post Office is a great base for visiting the capital and South Wales.

Set within the old village Post Office and Police Station, the listed building holds many a story. But in no way are we caught up in the past…

With a Full and Vegetarian A'La Carte Menu and seating up to 120 people the dining room is well equipped to cater for small or large parties or groups. Gilby's have ample car parking spaces and excellent disabled access. The restaurant is located close to all transport links, including the Airport. The M4, Airport, Cardiff Central Station and bus Stations are all within easy reach by taxi.

Gilby's issituated close to Cardiff on the edge of the Vale of Glamorgan. You can find it just off Junction 33 on the M4 offering an ideal meeting place outside the city centre, with all major towns and tourist attractions of South Wales within easy reach. The restaurant is set in an acre of grounds secluded and hidden away from the main roads with easy access to the Heritage coastline to the south. The building was converted into a Restaurant in 1997.
